This hotel was a COMPLETE nightmare! Room reserved was not available. I was given a "Senior Citizen's / Disabled person's room complete with elevated, plastic toilet seat. High speed internet hook-up seldom worked. Room service was slow to non-existant. Promised adjustment to final billing never happened. The staff at this hotel was extremely nice. They REALLY tried to help but just couldn't get it together. The ONLY up side was the food (when it came) was reasonably priced. Morning coffee was cold when (if) it finally arrived!

This is one of my favorite hotels for several reasons. Good accessibility. The layout of the rooms and the elevator location "feels safe." My favorite part - the outside walking/running trail -- the enclosed gardens makes walking and running a pure pleasure. Just writing about it, makes me want to go!
