Having Eaton connected directly to the hotel is such a huge upside since you don't have to bundle up to go the mall which is next door. Also, the service is unbelievably great...people are so friendly and generaly sincere. I tried to to tip the man who helped bring our bags to our room $8 and he refused respectfully. I was shocked! The same person was there helping us checkout and he was helpful with letting my party know where everything was around the city. This place seriously had the best service that I ever recieved and I stayed at 5 star hotels and resorts all around the country inlcuding los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.
