    I agree with comments below with 2 small items to add: 1. Check out the Club here. It is a beautiful all-wood room with stunning views of the city. Other luxury hotels in the city just do not compete with the food and service offered in this Club. As a matter of fact, the Four Seasons doesnt even have a Club. That is enough reason to stay away from it all together. 2. Try the chocolate buffet at night...but get there early. The secret is out on this place and it is has become a hub for Philadelphia socialites.

    Good location, right on Broad St. near city hall. Could be a block or two closer to Walnut but it's still decent. The outside of the hotel is gorgeous. Huge marble colonades and a dome - reminds me of the Pantheon in Rome. Inside is equally exquisite with huge marble dome painted and bar in the lobby. This is probably the best hotel in Philly. The rooms are magnificent, though a little hard to find. The restaurants here are also great. Service is just what you would expect from the Ritz.
