I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for about 4.5 weeks for a business trip in Hong Kong. And I have to say I was somewhat unimpressed. Maybe my expectations were too high - but the Ritz and Asia are known for their great service - and I felt like the service was so-so for a 5-star hotel. Great location (right in Central), room service is awful! If you have the choice, stay at the Island Shangri-la.
