I stayed here for night of engagement. Staff are friendly and professional. Room was spacious and bed so comfortable. The hotel is very clean and decor absolutely superb. Pool/spa/fitness area extremely well maintained. Food was delicious as well.

Stayed with my wife and niece during mid-August road trip. Hotel is walking distance to Jacobs Field. Front desk was least helpful Ritz employee I've ever met, having stayed at Ritz properties in several states. Room was well appointed and reasonable (by Ritz standards), but staff was either unaware or unconcerned with concept of "guests." Without service, this is just an overpriced Marriott.
