The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. They swindle you into the rooms though, we booked our hotel on Iceland Air's website and the picture was not what we got. We got bunk beds 1 step up from a hostel. We had to upgrade abd that room was great. It's a little bait and switch to make you spend more. Stick with a club room or better. Great location.
