The Sheraton Hotel looks absolutely superb and is very likely to be genuinely rated as 5* accomodation. This is why is why we were very disappointed and upset to find that we had been sold accommodation in one of the (less than 3*) villa's surrouding the hotel. These Villas are certainly not 5* neither are the pool bar area. (Baracuda Bar inparticular). We had booked an all inclusive package to find that in some of restaurants meals had to be paid for!!!. We booked our holiday through a company called Fleetway Travel. so be carefull if you book through this company you are getting the deal you expect. Rooms allocated to this company are of the lowest standard at this resort.
