    Very disappointing experience. Very poor staff and systems of reservation and instructions. Bars and dining areas are understaffed. The night club is very noisy and one can hear the din in the rooms. Gym and spa is not bad. Will not stay in the hotel again. Not good value for money. Marco Polo which is further down the street is better value for money
