I have stayed here on two occasions and totally enjoyed it each time. Staying in the "club" level was super with a nice continental breakfast each morning and evening cocktails was so refreshing after much sightseeing and shopping! The bathrooms were tremendous! Unbelievable walkin rain showers with warm marble flooring! This is my hotel of choice while in Hamburg!

Hotel is built inside a historic shopping arcade building, but the rooms are very modern in decor, with much use of light woods. Large rooms, excellent baths with rain-style shower heads. High speed (wired) internet is €18,- *er day, and connection was fast and trouble-free. Very good service. Located on a main shopping street, just two blocks from the main train station (where the nonstop airport bus arrives and departs from as well).
