This hotel is really disappointing. The 'hyatt' brand, highly regarded the world over is seriously let down by this poor quality and inferior service3 hotel. The food was so poor that we and several other guest, during this last week, choose to eat at the nearby Marriot! The hotel management - especially the front desk manager was hostile and unhelpful. I am a Hyatt Gold Passport member (frequent user scheme) and will NOT recommend this hotel to friends, colleagues or clients. AVOID THIS ONE!!!
