Front desk pulled a bit of a bait-and-switch on check-in. I booked for a non-smoking King online. Upon arrival, I was told that "the website only shows a King bedroom instead of the Queen bedroom, and the King is an extra XX GBP per night". Otherwise, the accomodations were quite nice, for a Holiday Inn.
