Hotel is somewhat difficult to get to (unless you are quite familiar with downtown Calgary). Standard rooms are a bit small. Room rates are great, but "other fees" seem extravagant ($24/night for valet, $60/week for online access). Not sure how that compares to other properties in town, but it just seems excessive. Service is very friendly and helpful.
